Extended Fill (EF) Series Lower Manifold

• The EF Series features a thicker, unitized upper block which provides for a significantly longer transition from the rectangular drop area to the tubes. This speeds up the flow of tablets and is particularly beneficial with larger products, or poor flowing products.
• Design eliminates the separate mounting blocks which reduces the number of fasteners, improves cleaning, and reduces breakage.
• GMP design of manifold utilizes the smallest number of parts and fasteners, and virtually eliminates all dust catching crevices and spaces in and around the funnel area with a one-piece multi-funnel block
• Seamless transition from entrance to exit. Product drop tubes fit exactly into recesses in both the underside of the funnel block and the topside of the bottom plate, creating a smooth, gap-free path for the tablets
• Replaceable product drop tubes. If you break a tube, call us with the engraved number on the manifold, and we will make you an exact replacement tube and FedEx it to you

 

Adjustable Upper Manifold for Lakso 450

• The dividers have different positions so it can work as a 10 drop, an 8 drop, or a 6 drop manifold
• We also offer a fixed drop version.
• GMP design has very few components to simplify cleaning, and very few fasteners. Captured fastening hardware prevents loss during disassembly.
